We got a room with a bath.

Enjoyed spending my time in this clean hip new hotel. The location was great - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Sometimes I visited Orange Julius in the area. Got king room with environmentally-friendly toiletries in the shower, a hot tub, a nice pull-out couch as expected.

The hotel staff was unapologetic.

The central location of this place is really convenient!

Loved the location, front desk staff wete helpful. Rooms were clean. All good. Would definitely stay again. Infact will be back in August.

Mattresses could have been better and they had me reserved for the wrong date which caused an issue with payment and was stressful for the first half hr. Not sure if that is hotels or bookings.com fault

Possibly the best and fantastic stay of 3 nights. Units with jet tubs. Central location in the area.

The pool was too cold. And breakfast was same both days of our visit.

I was disappointed that there was not a fridge in the room. I find it inconvenient especially when I have severe food allergies and cannot eat at restaurants.

I was very disappointed with the staff that cleaned my room she was very rude she was in a hurry she said that she did not want to miss her break and doing more was going to interfere in her break. I could not believe my ears when she said that all I was asking her was to change the beds and new towels nothing else. Also she saw a little bit of chocolate on the bed and she got mad and said is this poop on the bed and I said no it's chocolate her tone was angry as she saw the brown spot I was very upset that she took a very angry tone when we took very good care of the room and she did not do much to clean. Also upon arrival we had to argue our rate because we had booked it online and they had a different rate so I had to show proof the staff was not impress!!! Food was not very good cold and not much of it!!! Temperature of swimming pool was freezing!!!

The room I stayed in was a good size with a modern decor. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were fantastic. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short 10-15 minutes' walk from Northgate Shopping Centre. The area was industrial yet conveniently close to restaurants, downtown, and North Bay.
